Simply lunch

Some days there is nothing better than a simple soup.
Today was one of those days. Cold and crisp out, sunlight highlighting the fall colors which cover the hills in Chianti.

What I adore about broth, is that it is part of a longer chain of recipes that takes little time to create and feeds you for a week.

I am doing my homework now for an article coming out in Galavanting for their December issue, on my Tuscan Christmas dinner.

Hi Diva - am enjoying your blog and the yummy, simple recipes. Just wanted to comment that the layout of today's post (with the type to the side of the photo) is very nice. And much easier to read than the "centered" type in your earlier posts. I like the change!

    Warm regards, Dawn in CA

Seriously better change. I had NO clue why you were centering your text. I was avoiding you for that reason.

Now, can we please lose the purple? It is distracted and makes the food in the photos look a lot weaker.

  4. Thanks anonymous.. changed!

If one gets no feedback.. who knows?
Will also go and un-center posts.

I centered them as mostly was not writing a lot, just thoughts..

    Mille Grazie!

Thank you so much for your blog. I feel like I am there with you. My family was from Italy. Our family name is Sansone. They came to the US and were in the produce business in Indianapolis.
